Subtitles in the learner's language
Live translated subtitles let a teacher speak one language while participants read another. The languages available follow the organiser's plan and apply to every guest, including learners on a free account. Quality is not identical in every language, so run a short test with your own material before a course.
Keep the room taking part
Live polls and Q&A, breakout rooms and a waiting room are available on the Team plan and above, together with the events module for webinars and conferences. A collaborative whiteboard starts on the Solo plan.
A summary learners can reread
ARIA transcribes the session and writes a summary with the key points and tasks. The summary can be translated and e-mailed to participants in their own language, which helps learners who followed in a second language.
Practical limits to plan around
Free meetings run up to 20 participants and 40 minutes. Solo allows 50 participants and 90 minutes, Team 100 participants and 5 hours, Business 200 participants and up to 24 hours, and Enterprise 500 participants. Pick the plan from the size of your largest session.
Privacy basics
Connections use HTTPS, two-factor authentication is optional, and GDPR tools cover consent, export of personal data and deletion of the account. Aivorys does not claim end-to-end encryption or any third-party certification, so check your institution's requirements before recording sessions.
