Aivorys features

Everything below is available in the product today. Plan requirements are noted for each feature.

  • Live translated subtitles — Speech is transcribed and translated into subtitles during the meeting. The number of languages follows the organiser's plan (1 on Free, 5 on Solo, 40 on Team and Business, up to 130 on Enterprise) and applies to every guest, including guests on a free account.
  • African languages in live translation — The translation catalogue includes 24 African languages: Afrikaans, Amharic, Bambara, Chichewa, Ewe, Hausa, Igbo, Kinyarwanda, Krio, Lingala, Luganda, Malagasy, Oromo, Sepedi, Sesotho, Shona, Somali, Swahili, Tigrinya, Tsonga, Twi, Xhosa, Yoruba, Zulu. Quality is not the same in every language and no accuracy figure is claimed; test a short meeting with your own team first.
  • ARIA, the AI meeting agent — Transcribes the discussion, writes the summary with decisions and action items, and offers coaching on how the meeting went. Available from the Solo plan.
  • AI notetaker for external meetings — Paste a Zoom, Google Meet or Microsoft Teams link and a bot joins, records, transcribes and summarises the call. Summaries can be translated and e-mailed to each participant in their own language. Free accounts get 5 sessions per month.
  • Export to Notion, Linear, Jira and Slack — Send a meeting's summary, decisions and action items to a Notion database, create one Linear issue or one Jira ticket per action item, or post a formatted summary to a Slack channel through an Incoming Webhook. Each integration uses your own API key or webhook. Available with the AI features, from the Solo plan.
  • Pre-join lobby, hand-raise queue and Picture-in-Picture — Check camera and microphone before entering, raise a hand to join an ordered speaking queue, and keep a floating video window while working elsewhere.
  • Collaboration tools — Collaborative whiteboard (Solo and above, with an AI-assisted mode from Team), live polls and Q&A, breakout rooms and waiting rooms (Team and above), cloud recording, virtual backgrounds and AI noise suppression.
  • AI recruitment interviews — A recruiter sends a candidate a link; an AI agent conducts a video or voice interview, and the transcript and notes are available afterwards. Team plan and above, with monthly voice-interview allowances.
  • Events and webinars — An events module for conferences, trainings and webinars (Team and above).
  • Developers and agents — A REST API (Team and above) and an MCP server that lets an MCP-compatible AI assistant list, schedule and summarise meetings, send the AI notetaker to external meetings and have an AI agent join a meeting.
  • Web and mobile — Runs in modern browsers without installation. An Android app is available on Google Play. The interface is available in French, English, Spanish and German.
