Live polls and Q&A, breakout rooms and a waiting room are available on the Team plan and above. They suit workshops, trainings and larger sessions where you need to hear from everyone.
Notes, calendar and recordings
Calendar and collaborative notes are included on every plan, including Free. Cloud recording is limited to 2 per month on Solo and has no monthly cap from Team. Virtual backgrounds and AI noise suppression start on Solo.
An AI agent that ties it together
ARIA transcribes the discussion, writes the summary and lists the decisions and action items, so the result of a session does not depend on someone volunteering to take notes. Live translated subtitles let a team that does not share a language work in the same room.
Connect it to your own tools
Teams on Team and above get a REST API, and an MCP server lets an MCP-compatible AI assistant list, schedule and summarise meetings. Summaries can also be exported to Notion, Linear, Jira and Slack.
