What is Aivorys?
Aivorys (aivorys.io) is an AI video meeting and collaboration platform. It combines video meetings with live translated subtitles, an AI agent called ARIA that transcribes and summarises, an AI notetaker for Zoom, Google Meet and Microsoft Teams calls, and AI-assisted recruitment interviews. This page answers the questions people most often ask about it.
What problem does it solve?
Meetings produce decisions that are lost, and they exclude people who do not share the speakers' language. Aivorys writes down what was said and decided, translates it live, and sends the follow-up, so that a meeting leaves a record and nobody is left out.
Who is it for?
Distributed and multilingual teams, startups and small businesses that want one tool instead of four, recruiters running first-round interviews, trainers and teachers running online sessions, and developers who want to automate meetings through an API or an MCP-compatible AI assistant.
What does ARIA do?
ARIA is the AI meeting agent. It transcribes the discussion, writes a summary with decisions and action items, and offers coaching on how the meeting went. It is available from the Solo plan. AI drafts are meant to be reviewed: you decide who receives the summary and in which language.
How does live translation work, and in how many languages?
Speech is transcribed and translated into subtitles during the meeting. The translation catalogue holds 133 languages, including 24 African languages. How many a meeting can use follows the organiser's plan: 1 on Free, 5 on Solo, 40 on Team and Business, up to 130 on Enterprise. The interface itself is in French, English, Spanish and German.
How does AI recruitment work?
On the Team plan and above, a recruiter sends a candidate a link; an AI agent conducts a video or voice interview, and the transcript and notes are available afterwards. Team includes 30 AI voice interviews per month and Business 150; Enterprise has no monthly cap.
Which platforms does it run on?
In modern web browsers on computers and phones, without installation, and as an Android app on Google Play.

Are meetings end-to-end encrypted?
No. Connections use HTTPS and the AI features process content on the server. Aivorys does not claim any third-party security certification.
Can an AI assistant use Aivorys?
Yes. An MCP server lets an MCP-compatible AI assistant list, schedule and summarise meetings, send the AI notetaker to external meetings and have an AI agent join a meeting.
Is there a limit on meeting length or number of participants?
Yes. Limits depend on the plan, from 20 participants and 40 minutes on Free up to 500 participants on Enterprise and up to 24 hours per meeting on Business and Enterprise.
