An AI notetaker for Zoom, Google Meet and Microsoft Teams

Paste a meeting link and the Aivorys notetaker joins the call as a participant. When it ends you get the video, a transcript with speaker names, and an AI summary you can send to the whole team — in the language each person prefers.

How it works

Create the bot with the meeting link, optionally choose the languages spoken and the languages you want summaries in, and add recipients. The bot attends, records, transcribes, then writes the summary. Progress is shown in your dashboard, and a failed step is retried automatically.

Transcripts you can trust

Speech is transcribed with automatic language detection and handles meetings where people switch language. Consecutive remarks are merged and speakers are named, so the transcript reads like a conversation rather than a wall of text.

Summaries for long meetings

Long meetings are summarised in stages so nothing is dropped, then translated into the languages you select. Each recipient gets their own e-mail, and you can add a language or regenerate the summary later from the meeting page.
