How Aivorys handles your personal data. This page complements the Terms of Service.

What we collect

Account details (name, e-mail address, sign-in method, language and plan), the meetings you create or join (titles, schedules, participants) and, only when you use those features, recordings, transcripts and AI summaries. With your permission, the app can read your device contacts to show who is already on Aivorys.

How we use it

To run the service you asked for: video meetings, live translated subtitles, transcripts and summaries, notifications and billing. We never sell your data.

Service providers

To deliver the service we use providers for video infrastructure, speech and language AI, payments and e-mail. When you use an AI feature to transcribe, translate or summarise a meeting, the content needed for that task is sent to the provider that performs it.

Security

Connections use HTTPS and sign-in uses short-lived tokens; two-factor authentication is optional and SSO sign-in is available on the Enterprise plan. The API server is hosted in Europe (West Europe region). Aivorys does not offer end-to-end encryption: AI features process meeting content on our servers.

Your rights and choices

You can export your personal data, delete your account and its data, and record or withdraw your consent. Under the GDPR you can also ask us to access, correct or restrict the processing of your data.
